Badges Properties is a handyman/ home improvement contractor company.  The company is divided into multiple division which are dedicated and specialize in that particular division.  The first division handles all the home handyman and remodeling business.  This area is run by Edward Dirk the director of operations for the handyman/home improvement division.  He handles all quotes and consults for this division.  This division is also responsible for all home inspections and consulting on preparing houses for sale.  The prepare your home for sale services has coupled with a local home sales agent to find what is needed on a home before it hits the market. 

The next division is the landscaping division which works on new lawn and erosion barriers installations.  The new erosion barrier mandates by local municipalities and the EPA, has created more concerns in this area requiring a higher level of education required by intallaton companies.  This division is run by Jeremy Franke, the director of operations for this division.  This division handles top soil landscaping and lawn installation on new and existing homes, via a high tech process of hydro-seeding.  The high quality of this process yields a sod quality lawn in 4 weeks at a fraction of the cost of sod installation.

Badges Properties is also home to the “Fix It Brothers”.  The fix it brothers are Edward Dirk and Jeremy Franke who, provide home owners with tips and informative articles which can be found through are linked sites of blogs, which cover a variety of information,  these sites do over lap as it is not known how many people will see the individual sites.  This service of providing articles is provided free of charge on the free blog sites.  The fix it brothers try to help people fix their homes problems in the most efficient and cost effective ways.

Badges Properties is a well balanced company which believes in higher education and certifications.  There are many companies who advertise themselves in handyman/home improvement services who lack the important knowledge and credentials, some times referred to as the guys with a “hammer and rusted up pickup truck” syndrome.  They attempt to provide services at low rates and low quality work and ethics.  The fix it brothers cannot help everyone as they are local, but do try to reach out to people via the Internet.  There are many articles which try to help people to pick out the handyman/home improvement contractor to meet their needs.  These articles show dedication to helping people, even when no direct profit can be made,  Badges Properties is about helping people, not themselves.
